Bookings are from Friday to Friday – electricity is included in the price.
The Coach House is is a converted building completed to a very high standard. It consists of modern kitchen/fully fitted diner with microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, etc. split level lounge with digital colour TV, DVD player and CD player.
There is a spacious hallway. Upstairs there is a good size double bedroom with TV and from here one can see some sea views and also the famous Trevose Head and Lighthouse. There are two other bedrooms downstairs, one with two single beds; this bedroom has a toilet and washbasin en-suite. The other is twin bedded. There is also a large bathroom downstairs with bath, washbasin, toilet and shower, heated towel rail. Hairdryer supplied. Linen is supplied, however we do not supply towels, tea towels etc.
The Coach House is fully double glazed throughout and also heated. It has been furnished to a high standard and great care has been taken in converting this building to keep its character. Outside there is ample parking area.
The Coach House is situated next to Carnevas Farmhouse. We are four miles from the quaint old harbour town of Padstow and ten miles from the popular tourist resort of Newquay. We are close to numerous golden sandy beaches which are some of the best around for surfing, Treyarnon Bay being one mile and Porthcothan Bay half a mile. Constantine Bay is two miles away and here there is the well known Trevose Golf Course. There are enjoyable cliff walks on the magnificent Cornish coastline very nearby.

One third of the total cost as deposit (non refundable) to be paid when booking. Please make any cheques payable to C. Pawley,or by BACS Payment to,Barclays,Acc.Name:Mrs C P G Pawley,Acc No:60195677,Sort Code:20-74-20.Balance to be paid on arrival,cash or cheque please. Guests may take possession from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive after 6.30pm will you please let us know. Vacate by 10.00am on the day of departure.

We ask all visitors to leave the accommodation as they find it to enable us to keep up our high standards.
All breakages must be replaced.
We regret that Dogs are NOT allowed in The Coach House.
We do NOT allow supermarket home deliveries.
